Shipping Policy

At Eden Vally, we take pride in crafting natural skincare products with care and integrity. All of our products are handmade and hand-packaged in the United States using organic, natural, and ethically sourced ingredients.

Although we strive to ship orders quickly, each product is carefully prepared, so it may take 2–4 business days for your items to ship. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75. For international orders, shipping fees and import duties may apply.

During checkout, you can add shipping protection to safeguard your order against loss or damage during transit. While we package each order with care, shipping protection is recommended for larger or valuable orders.
