Return & Exchange Policy
At Eden Vally, we take pride in crafting natural skincare products with care and integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. Please check your order carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. Provide photos and your order details, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify, combine, or change it. Subscription orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the next shipment date to avoid being charged.
